What are your delivery options?

Shipping options for United States residences are: Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days), and Express Mail (Next Day or 2nd Day-depends on your area). Express Mail is the only shipping option that is guaranteed by the United States Postal Service, delivers seven days a week and on holidays.

You only ship to billing addresses, my home is not secure

 

To help prevent fraudulent purchases/delivery theft, we only ship to your credit/debit billing address, the address your card company has on file for you.

If your billing address is not a secure place for the carrier to leave your package, please request SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the notes/comment section, during checkout. If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notice and take the package back to the post office. Your package will be held at the post office, until you can pick-up the package. The post office will only hold your package for 15 days, after that time, your item will automatically be returned to us.

How do I track my order?

Our products are shipped within 24-48 hours (up to 72 hours during holiday seasons). using USPS as our shipping service. 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.

You may track your package with the information/tracking number listed within your email. The United States Postal Services allows packages to be tracked 24 hours/7 days a week.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason, you need to return any item(s), Please email us: info@LouisandLaine.com

We will issue you a Return Authorization number. Items must be recieved in our office within 10 days from the date you received your package. You may use the carrier of your choice. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of return items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Louis and Laine is not resposible to lost/stolen items. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE TRACKING AND INSURANCE ON YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. **Swim, accessories,  and sale items are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

 

  • Exchange/Store Credit Only. By completing a purchase, you are agreeing to our policies.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days (from the day your package is delivered)-including holiday seasons. *No exceptions.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

  • Final Sale, jewelry/accessories (belts, bags, etc), or swimwear items may not be returned.**
